I read an article on
www.cnn.com today titled, "
Ten guilt-free ways to say no". The opening line, 'Thinking you are a bad person for saying no is a symptom of "the disease to please." ' was *so* me for most of my life. Although I've come far over the years, I can still fell guilty when I tell someone no. Check out the article, it has some great tips.
